Material Accepted as E-Waste

We collect just about anything that plugs into your home's outlet!

This includes, but is not limited to:

laptops computers printers

gaming consoles speakers cable boxes

NiCd Batteries Pb Batteries Li-On Batteries

We do not accept alkaline batteries

(AA, AAA, C, D) and lightbulbs, please remove them from your appliances BEFORE unloading them out our facility.

Video Display Devices

We receive all kinds of hazardous video display devices (e.g. TVs, computer monitors, laptops, tablets, phones) free of charge!

When dropping off these devices, we ask that you provide a valid California ID. This is because CalRecycle requires us to provide verification that these are from individual consumers.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Beachside Recycling is a state certified electronic waste collector under CalRecycle and are in compliance with all state and federal regulations.

We send the e-waste to processors, all of which are Certified E-Steward and R2 Recyclers, as well as members of NAID (National Association for Information Destruction). All hard drives and devices containing information are handled per NAID specifications.

In short, you can leave knowing that your electronic appliances are being handled responsibly and ethically. This service is offered anytime during our business hours and is completely FREE! Our staff will personally assist in unloading your e-waste from your vehicle.
